As a 360-degree recruitment consultant, you will identify future prospects and generate new business.
You will be responsible for maintaining and maximising relationships with current clients, and identifying suitable candidates and selling them your best opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to resource all of the requirements that you sell, as well as to obtain support from the delivery team, at your discretion.
In short, you will manage the complete recruitment process, working with your client base to identify and deliver industry-leading recruitment solutions within a dynamic, commercially focused and sales-driven environment.
As a Resourcer/Delivery Consultant at SOLA group you will be an integral part of the recruitment team. SOLA have a number of key client relationships which require us to resource repeat skills in high volumes. You will be responsible for mapping the relevant markets to identify and attract “Best in industry talent, liaising with the recruitment consultants and account managers to deliver these candidates to our key clients.
You will build relationships with candidates and clients, and may occasionally be required to work at Customer sites. We are particularly interested in hearing from Resourcers/Delivery Consultants with experience in storage, Virtualisation and Data analytics, as well as those with experience of delivering candidates within the UAE or Germany.
